Instructor Jesus Rios will push you to your limits by challenging your cardiovascular conditioning with an intense full body workout, while correcting your forms and techniques. Every day he focuses on a different area of the body to help you tone while also building muscle.

Instructor Juan Banda runs a program with WOD (Workout Of the Day), EMOM (Every Minute, On the Minute) AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible), Chipper, and Benchmark. His workouts are based on power cleans, snatch, split jerk, deadlift, and back squat.

Instructor Alex Vargas certified Beachbody trainer will give you a variety of highly energetic motivating classes. This class incorporates exercises that help zero in on your core. It includes a mix of full body exercises to really get those calories burning.

Instructor Alex Vargas certified Beachbody trainer will give you a variety of highly energetic motivating classes. This class uses your own body weight for resistance. It is interval style so the exercises are at an intense pace and for a short period of time.

Instructor Alex Vargas certified Beachbody trainer will give you a variety of highly energetic motivating classes. By incorporating a step, the workouts help tone your glutes, core, legs, and overall build upper body strength.

MMA CLASS PACK

Instructor Joseph Llausas runs both the MMA Class and the Cardio Boxing. In these classes, he teaches you the fundamentals of MMA (mixed martial arts) while also mixing up the usual cardio routine by incorporating boxing workouts and techniques.
